Privacy policy

1. Controller
Responsible for the processing of personal data on this website (privacy notice under Art. 19 revDSG and Art. 13 GDPR):
Livingpur, Inhaber ThürMülibach 88595 Altnau, SchweizUID: CHE-293.691.786Email: info@livingpur.ch
2. What personal data we process
This site is a pre-launch landing page with a waitlist. We process only:
- your email address (when you join the waitlist);
- your chosen language version (de/en);
- your IP address — for spam/bot protection and rate limiting (see section 6). We do not store it in your waitlist record; it is processed transiently and appears in our hosting provider's short-lived server logs.
The app itself is local-first: your notes and reminders stay on your device and never reach our servers. From the waitlist we store only your email address.
3. Purposes and legal bases
- Waitlist and one email at launch — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 6 revDSG). You can withdraw it anytime with one click.
- Spam/bot protection of the form (Vercel BotID — technical browser/device signals and IP address) — based on our legitimate interest in abuse-free operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 31 revDSG).
4. Recipients / processors
We use carefully selected service providers as processors (data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR / Art. 9 revDSG):
- Brevo (Brevo SAS, France / Sendinblue GmbH, Germany) — waitlist management and email delivery; data hosted in the EU. Privacy
- Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and bot protection (Vercel BotID). Privacy
- Kasada — bot detection, used by Vercel as a sub-processor for BotID. The scripts are served through our own domain, so your browser never connects to Kasada directly. Privacy
5. Transfers abroad
The waitlist email data (Brevo) is processed in the EU.
For hosting and bot protection, personal data (email address, IP address) is transferred to Vercel Inc. in the USA. This transfer relies on the provider's certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for data subjects in the EU: EU-U.S. DPF); the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with Swiss amendments apply in addition. You can check the certification status on the Data Privacy Framework list.
6. Cookies and bot protection
We use no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. That is why we show no cookie banner.
To protect the waitlist form against spam and bots we use Vercel BotID — the bot protection of our hosting provider Vercel. It analyses technical browser/device signals and your IP address to distinguish human from automated access. The processing takes place at Vercel (see section 4), which uses Kasada's bot-detection technology as a sub-processor for this; the scripts are served from our own domain, so your browser does not call any third-party host. In addition, our hosting provider limits the number of form submissions per IP address and time window. No analytics or advertising cookies are set; at most short-lived, strictly-necessary security cookies.
Fonts are served locally from our own server (no request to Google Fonts).
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your email address only as long as the purpose requires: until you unsubscribe or request deletion, or at the latest around 12 months after launch.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in every email we send, or informally at info@livingpur.ch. After unsubscribing you receive no further messages from us. If you also ask for full deletion, we remove your contact at Brevo and in any further copies — just send us a short email.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, to data portability, and to withdraw a consent you have given. To exercise them, contact info@livingpur.ch. We respond free of charge, in principle within 30 days (CH) or one month (EU).
You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC/EDÖB), in the EU the data protection authority responsible for you.
9. Data security
The website is served exclusively over HTTPS/TLS. Access to the waitlist data is restricted to the responsible person.
10. Changes
We may adapt this privacy notice if our processing or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
