Privacy policy

Last updated: July 6, 2026

1. Controller

Responsible for the processing of personal data on this website (privacy notice under Art. 19 revDSG and Art. 13 GDPR):

Aurelio ThürMülibach 88595 Altnau, Schweiz

Email: aureliothuerch@hotmail.com

2. What personal data we process

This site is a pre-launch landing page with a waitlist. We process only:

  • your email address (when you join the waitlist);
  • your optional indication of interest in the email-triage feature (checkbox);
  • your chosen language version (de/en);
  • your IP address — used transiently only for spam/bot protection (see section 6); we do not store it.

The app itself is local-first: your notes and reminders stay on your device and never reach our servers. From the waitlist we only see your email address.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Waitlist and one email at launch — based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR; Art. 6 revDSG). You can withdraw it anytime with one click.
  • Optional information about the email-triage feature — only if you tick the corresponding checkbox (separate consent).
  • Spam/bot protection of the form (Vercel BotID — technical browser/device signals and IP address) — based on our legitimate interest in abuse-free operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR; Art. 31 revDSG).

4. Recipients / processors

We use carefully selected service providers as processors (data-processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR / Art. 9 revDSG):

  • Brevo (Brevo SAS, France / Sendinblue GmbH, Germany) — waitlist management and email delivery; data hosted in the EU. Privacy
  • Vercel Inc. (USA) — website hosting and bot protection (Vercel BotID). Privacy

5. Transfers abroad

The waitlist email data (Brevo) is processed in the EU.

For hosting and bot protection, personal data (email address, IP address) is transferred to Vercel Inc. in the USA. This transfer relies on the provider's certification under the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (for data subjects in the EU: EU-U.S. DPF); the EU Standard Contractual Clauses with Swiss amendments apply in addition. You can check the certification status on the Data Privacy Framework list.

6. Cookies and bot protection

We use no analytics, tracking or advertising cookies. That is why we show no cookie banner.

To protect the waitlist form against spam and bots we use Vercel BotID — the bot protection of our hosting provider Vercel. It analyses technical browser/device signals and your IP address to distinguish human from automated access; the processing takes place at Vercel (see section 4) and no data is shared with an additional third party. No analytics or advertising cookies are set; at most short-lived, strictly-necessary security cookies.

Fonts are served locally from our own server (no request to Google Fonts).

7. Retention and deletion

We keep your email address only as long as the purpose requires: until you unsubscribe or request deletion (then immediately), or at the latest around 12 months after launch. If you unsubscribe, we delete you in Brevo and in any further copies.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction and objection, to data portability, and to withdraw a consent you have given. To exercise them, contact aureliothuerch@hotmail.com. We respond free of charge, in principle within 30 days (CH) or one month (EU).

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC/EDÖB), in the EU the data protection authority responsible for you.

9. Data security

The website is served exclusively over HTTPS/TLS. Access to the waitlist data is restricted to the responsible person.

10. Changes

We may adapt this privacy notice if our processing or the legal situation changes. The version published here applies.
